Introduction
Zigcast identified a core barrier in digital advertising adoption: small business owners perceive advertising as a cost rather than a revenue driver.
This skepticism is compounded by limited knowledge, lack of trust in digital marketing, and insufficient data proving ROI. Existing digital signage solutions also felt complex and inaccessible, further discouraging adoption.

Our Approach
Working alongside another designer, I helped design an intuitive platform that simplifies how businesses access and use physical advertising spaces. We introduced “Campaign Mode”—a streamlined flow that allows users to create, customize, and deploy ads across single or multiple locations. The experience was supported by marketing templates, a simplified user flow, and a cohesive UI system to reduce friction from onboarding to execution.
