At Dream, I worked on TD Mobile Pay, a cloud-payment platform that helps merchants process payments more easily. I improved accessibility across key mobile workflows by addressing issues with font scaling, screen-reader messaging, hidden actions, duplicated information, and inconsistent interaction patterns. The final redesign created a clearer, more accessible experience that better supported AODA AA requirements.

I also redesigned the Bulk Card Reader Removal workflow for TD operators, who previously had to deactivate up to 150 payment terminals one at a time. The new experience allowed users to paste serial numbers in bulk, validate entries instantly, confirm removals through a safer two-step flow, and receive automated email records. The feature reduced manual effort, prevented common errors, and made high-impact operational tasks faster and more reliable.
