Centum is a Canadian mortgage brokerage brand designed to make major financial decisions feel clearer, more human, and less overwhelming.

The work moved away from the cold, transactional language often found in mortgage marketing and repositioned Centum as a trusted guide supporting clients through home ownership, refinancing, renewals, and investment decisions with care and confidence.

The work moved away from the cold, transactional language often found in mortgage marketing and repositioned Centum as a trusted guide supporting clients through home ownership, refinancing, renewals, and investment decisions with care and confidence.

A Foundation for Confident Decisions

The identity centres on a simplified architectural mark inspired by structure, stability, and the foundations behind a home. Developed through early sketches, the three-column symbol was refined into a distinctive visual asset that could stand independently or integrate with the Centum wordmark.

A deep navy established trust and credibility, while a warm orange and soft cream palette brought energy and approachability to the brand. Bitter was selected for headlines to give the brand an editorial, confident voice, while Inter created clarity across practical information and digital touchpoints.
